We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Shipping section below.

To start a return, first please contact us at windyvalleymuskox@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at windyvalleymuskox@gmail.com.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a client claims that there is missing yarn in the package, we will check our records, if the package had the correct weight when it was shipped, if our stock shows the complete order has been shipped and the stock count is correct we won’t be responsible for the missing yarn or responsible to ship a replacement
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To proceed with an exchange, please contact us to windyvalleymuskox@gmail.com and we will make sure to put aside the item you want instead. Once we get your item, assuming is in pristine condition, we will ship you back the exchange
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I did it. I splurged and bought the Qiviuk. I'm making it into the Tabitha hat/cowl. The fiber is soft and delicate but easy to work with. The pattern is simply written and is working up beautifully. Definitely recommend.
I order the 100% pure Qiviut yarn, but i received 50 % Qiviut, 50% mulberry silk yarn instead. Why?
If I could eat it I would. So soft but strong pure Qiviut is amazing I am so glad I gave it a try.

This is the perfect yarn for a small luxury project that will be light weight and very warm. Yarn is easy to work with - loosely spun, soft feel, but does not split.
