We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Shipping section below.

To start a return, first please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To proceed with an exchange, please contact us to email@example.com and we will make sure to put aside the item you want instead. Once we get your item, assuming is in pristine condition, we will ship you back the exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I knit a pair of gloves with the "qiviut and mulberry silk" blend several years ago. It felt like knitting with toothpicks, because I'm used to heavier yarns. I LOVE the gloves. Even though they are fine, they keep my hands warm even when it's windy. And they feel like a cloud.
This yarn is so much fun to knit! I can’t feel the warmth coming off of it while I’m knitting. I’ve made 3 hats and mittlits. Just love it!!!
