Really enjoyed this pattern. It looked intimidating at first. But it was a lot easier then I expected. I enjoyed my finished product. I purchased my yarn from Woolly Mammoth, in Anchorage, Alaska.

The design is perfect for qiviut and written clearly and succinctly.

I made the smoke ring in 100% quiviut. I wanted the warmth around my head and neck as I work outside ion my sheep farm in sometimes bitter weather. We just had a cold snap and it didn’t disappoint! The pattern is easy to follow. My only criticism is that I ran out of yarn with 6 rows to go, so I needed to buy another ball. That turned out to be ok, as I ripped out the start that I had mad on the edging and added another repeat of the main pattern to make sure I had enough length. Now I have the beginnings for a new project.
