I gave up on this pattern after several frustrating attempts. I have been knitting for many, many years, and routinely knit all kinds of projects, including complicated lace. I have knitted with qiviut before, but I have never had the problems I had with this pattern. It was virtually impossible to read knit stitches from purls within the work, and since the whole pattern is about texture, it was too hard to follow. This yarn (qiviut from your company which was a gift from a friend) would be better suited to a stockinette-based lace, and this pattern to a yarn with less halo.

Love the pattern, easy to follow. Design is very pretty. Yarn is very fine, takes awhile to get used to. Very soft!.

Beautiful pattern and I am knitting with Bison 100 % yarn that I purchased here. I really love the diamond motif. I think it’s classic. Pattern is very clear and super easy to follow

Beautiful pattern

I got this pattern to use with the beautiful yarn I got from Windy Valley Musk Ox yarns to make a scarf for my son. I'm not done knitting it yet, but I can promise I'll be using this pattern to make several scarves for other folks for future special presents as well.

I bought some qiviut when I was in Alaska this summer. I stumbled across Windy Valley and found this perfect pattern. The qiviut is very fine so it may take me a while to complete. It's so soft.

This yarn is fabulous. It is easy to use and has great strength. The pattern is easy to understand and the product is beautiful.

This is a very easy pattern and stitch definition is wonderful, I know I will be reaching for this scarf when the weather is a little brisk.
